Map Modification Order | Haslemere first

I heard this week the decision from the Public Inquiry (30th Nov/1stDec) for the Map Modification Order for FootPath 604. The Inspector has confirmed the Map Modification Order for the public footpath from the High St to College Hill in Haslemere.

It will be advertised for a 6-week High Court challenge period and Surrey County Council will write to Messrs Warner and Robbie to create a 1.5m gap in the fencing after that period.
